Tilt the glass slightly and pour out the beer - slowly. The neck of the bottle should not touch the glass or the froth. Do not make any abrupt movements with the bottle when pouring the beer into the glasses. Do not empty out the last centimetre from the bottle immediately. If you wish, this last yeast layer can be served later on.
Store the bottles upright in a cool, dark place. A thin layer of yeast forms on the bottom of the bottle. This is a natural process.
